Legal publication requirementThe law of September 5, 2018, “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future”, introduces the obligation for companies to measure the pay gap between women and men.

This results in the obligation for the company to publish a professional equality index between women and men, as well as the score obtained.

For the 2024 calendar year, the overall index cannot be calculated.
