Projects
Thermal:
The Uw coefficient determines the thermal performance of a window. It measures the heat that escapes through the joinery. The lower it is, the more insulating the window.
Heat:
The solar factor Sw of a window indicates the amount of heat transmitted by solar radiation. The higher Sw is, the more heat the window lets in, which can be an advantage in winter or a disadvantage in summer depending on orientation.
Light:
The light transmission TLw indicates a window's ability to let light through. The higher it is, the more natural lighting is optimized.
Acoustic:
The acoustic performance of a window is measured with the RA,tr index. This indicator evaluates its ability to reduce noise pollution, particularly from traffic. The higher RA,tr is, the better the insulation against external noise.
